Cleaning Outdoor Shoes- Wellies, crocs etc.

When Spring is in force my daughter is in and out of the garden all day, I love her outdoor shoes for this as they are so easy to clean. I found her trainers were getting too mucky and although putting them through the wash brought them back clean, I was afraid I would ruin them if I kept doing so. This cleaning method will apply to various plasticky surfaced shoes such as wellies and crocs.

Using a sponge, cloth or cleaning brush (my preferred choice is a tooth brush), rub in some cream cleaner onto your shoes. Just be careful, don’t rub too hard as you don’t want to dull the colour or any patterns on your shoes. Then simply run under the tap to rinse off. Below are the results I had:
