Most people have it, but washing up liquid is often only used on the dishes. As non-harsh cleaners go, washing up liquid provides us lots of alternative ways to use it.
Here are some examples:
π Shine stainless steel with a teeny bit of undiluted washing up liquid. Apply with some kitchen paper and then buff away with the dry side.
π Pre treat stains on clothes by applying it directly on the stain, rub in and then pop in to wash.
π Treat carpet stains the same way, just make sure you blot any excess with a damp cloth. You would be surprised how many stains it can remove!
π Itβs fab for grease, so get making a solution of washing up liquid and water into an empty spray bottle. Fab for kitchen counters and cupboard doors.
π Like how it shines drinking glasses? Well get sparkly shiny floors with a touch of washing up liquid- you donβt want it too sudsy though as it will smear.
π Wash down windows with it and then polish with a glass cloth for a streak free shine.
π Add to some white vinegar and water and you have a anti-limescale bathroom cleaner.
π You can use a tablespoon of it to hand wash delicate items. How do you use yours?!
